A wedding is an incredibly complex event to orchestrate.
Even if all the details are arranged in advance, you can be
sure everyone will be frantic on The Big Day. The Bride who
prefers to carry a bouquet instead of a clipboard as she
floats down the isle should seriously consider the
assistance of a Day-of Wedding Coordinator.
While each vendor is likely to send a representative ~ Dj’s
and caterers should not be left to battle over what time the
first dance and toasts will take place. Having a Day-of
Wedding Coordinator is the only way to ensure that every
little detail, from music to gift collection is guaranteed.
The last thing a bride, mother of the bride or anyone in the
Wedding party needs to worry about the day of the wedding is
whether the aisle runner has been rolled out or how to make
room for an unexpected guest.

MONTH PRIOR TO WEDDING
CEREMONY
- Overseeing proper set-up and design of ceremony area
- Acceptance of and assistance with the distribution and
pinning of all corsages, boutonnieres, wedding flowers and
flower-girl baskets
- Set up Unity candles and light any candles in the church
- Assist wedding party, family members and guests as
needed
- Lining up and cueing the Wedding Party once it’s time to
walk down the aisle
PRE RECEPTION
- Greet vendors upon arrival & receive deliveries
- Overseeing proper set-up and design of reception area
- Ensure all vendors have everything they need to satisfy
their contract
- Ensuring proper placement of the guest’s assigned
seating place cards, wedding favors, disposable camera’s,
etc. as per your exact instruction
- Distributing hard copies of your Complete Wedding Day
Itinerary to all vendors
- Assisting your Maid/Matron of Honor bustling your
wedding dress
DURING RECEPTION
- Organizing the Grand Entrance and getting the wedding
party lined up outside the reception area in correct order
- Keeping you and your groom informed regarding the “next
step” so you’re not caught off guard
- Assist all vendors in getting ready for the “next step”
- Making certain that person involved in toast or special
events during the day are cued and ready
- Answer guests’ questions and concerns throughout the day
POST RECEPTION
- Distributing final balances and gratuities to the
vendors on your behalf
- Placing the top tier of your wedding cake in the
provided cake box
- Collecting disposable camera’s, guest book & pen,
toasting glasses and all your gifts and bringing to the
designed car and/or room
